The LightningBolt was the very first project I oversaw from start to finish. It was designed as an accessory to the Spektra Xion, which was FK Irons' flagship product at the time of release. It is a battery pack consisting of a Panasonic 18500 Li-Ion Battery with an RCA output of 5-12V. Its ID is designed specifically for ergonomic control of the Xion. It is operated by a membrane switch that displays the voltage on a tri-color LED. Additional models was later released for for compatibility with other tattoo machines on the market. These models were the LightningBolt Uni, and LightningBolt 3.5
