The Spektra Flux was FK Irons' first fully wireless machine and the first wireless tattoo machine launched by a major brand. The Flux was a significant overhaul over FK Irons' previous marquee device: the Spektra Xion. This machine is distinguished by its unique drive train composing of a motor mount that doubles as a bushing for the drive mechanism. This design applies slide and press fits with tolerances of +/- .0002" with the intention of creating an exceptionally smooth tattooing experience. The result is a drive train that produces minimal vibration, very little noise, and draws well below industry-average current thus maximizing battery life. The Flux also utilizes a ratcheting grip that adjusts needle positioning. Where the Spektra Xion brought FK Irons to the forefront of the tattoo industry, the Spektra Flux solidified its place as an industry leader. The product is bundled and operated with the Power Bolt Battery Pack.
